And it's about Thai-m. After talking about it for years, Karen and I finally enrolled for a class at the local cooking school. Working with perhaps a dozen other people, we made a feast for lunch: spring rolls, hot and sour soup, two curry noodle dishes, and sticky rice with mangoes for dessert. The flavors were incredible, and it was quick and easy Thai, just as advertised.
How about sending me some recipes? The pictures look yummy...
