Welcoming the Year of the Monkey

Hot Pot! Think Asian fondue with two broth options, mild and spicier (of course). We sat for hours dipping and eating beef, pork, shrimp, dumplings, noodles, mushrooms, and on and on. Perfect for a chilly winter day!

  1. Did you prepare it yourself, or was it at a restaurant ? Anyway, it looks mightily yummy. I once made a Vietnamese fondue for 3 people, it took me two days of cutting, slicing, dicing, marinating, the result looked so plentiful I thought it was enough to feed a whole platoon, and NOT A SCRAP was left !
