Off to a Slow Start

It's been a dark, dreary day with little rain (1/2") and almost no wind. That will change later, however. Hermine is still churning and intensifying in the Gulf. Current winds are 75mph gusting to 90. She's scheduled to arrive at 2am, which should make for a noisy night.
