First, dinner with other summer school faculty this evening: Korean-style pizza with creative toppings (think pumpkin and corn or potato and shrimp). Then I'm off for a two-day trip to an island off the southwest coast of Korea. I'm helping evaluate a grant-funded museum-and-schools program. I'm looking forward to the long train ride, new scenery, and some fresh air. And maybe I'll get a softer bed for one night...
